Amy used to be a hairdresser, that is, until she lost her job. How will she make ends meet now? When she goes to Nate to get a job, she experiences a kind of strange emotion that she didn’t expect to. She becomes infatuated with rich and well-endowed Nate, although Nate himself acts somewhat cold (which is strange because Nate is known to be a womanizer) and polite. The bigger question remains: given Nate’s reputation, will he ultimately fall for Amy, or will it just be a one-sided, unrequited love for Amy? I won’t spoil the ending for you; you will need to read the ebook to find out.
There are so many things to like about it. The plot is quite decent, but more importantly, it is the characters of Nate and Amy which boost my admiration for this novel. They are so real that I could relate to both of them at different points of time.
Aspen Drake has got a winner here. This is quite a good first ebook in a series and if all the ebooks are as good, they would find a permanent place on my bookshelf.
